@MM- Yes, I'm on the Braces Diet. Eating is a pain so I'm having smoothies all day.
ReplyDelete@Buffyann- I don't thaw them, they go straight into the blender. I prefer to use frozen fruit instead of ice in smoothies (and margaritas!)
