No, not a Women of Tiger Woods calendar. Heh. But, Phil's company publishes a calendar every year with employee submitted photos and we won first place in our category!
Phil got to get dressed up (for him, anyway) and go to a luncheon with the big wigs where they gave him my a $100 Amex card.
The two other pictures I took that day are in a previous Wordless Wednesday. Lots of good things happening lately, hope they continue into 2010.
Thank you to everyone who entered and to Big Honcho Media for offering such a fun prize. Congratulations to Deb!
Yes, that Deb.
She offered to forfeit and have me choose another winner but I said no. There were so few qualified entries it wouldn't have been fair to her, but I appreciated the offer.
*Sorry guys! I didn't realize I had the video marked private! It's open now.
Thank you, thank you, thank you for all the support during the voting period. Seeing the tweets and posts made me feel all warm and tingly.
I couldn't use the random number generator site the way I normally do. A few people didn't leave separate comments and one person didn't want to enter but was showin' the love. I wrote the 35 entries on slips of paper and had Drama Kid help me choose the winner.
When I was watching the video for the first time, I laughed so hard I spit (see if you can guess why). And the winner is...
Did you hear it? That *thud* was the bowl landing on the floor. When I accidentally let it go I thought, "oh shit! I hope it doesn't land on his head, his eyes are closed!" I was hoping it wouldn't be very loud. Oh well. And yes, my Valentine's Day decorations are still up. Congratulations Carolyn*! Still waiting on the BlogHer contest results unless I'm a total dummy and haven't seen anything posted online. Stay tuned!
*You have until Wednesday to claim or I'll have to choose another winner.
Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone who entered! I'm so pleased with how this carnival went and my sponsors are too. October, and the next carnival, will be here before we know it
Here are the randomly chosen winners: (Check your email or blogs!)
