  2. Ugh. I know I'm a Scrooge, but I loathe the Fair. The traffic, the clogged up restaurants, the well, FAIR.

I hope my kids aren't old enough yet for me to get suckered in. I've been lucky so far, but they're bound to catch on...

  3. Do you know anything about Julian? We are camping up there in a couple of weeks and I wondered if there is anything we shouldn't miss?

  4. MofM- Let me know if you're ever back here visiting. We can hang out and have FU Friday over drinks in The Village.

JJ- The fair isn't THAT bad. Where else can you get the awesome cookies, taffy and Elephant Ears (can you tell we go mostly for the food!) Going on a weekday really helps. Or, do what I did this year: have them go as part of a field trip for summer camp!

Carrie- We've only been a few times when it's snowed. It shouldn't be too crowded now. We go for the apple pie, cider and bread from Dudley's. Have fun!

There seems to be a food theme happening here...
